College Station Fencing – Brazos County

Town History

At College Station Fencing, we’re proud to serve Brazos County, where history and progress go hand in hand. The city of College Station, a cornerstone of the county, traces its roots back to 1871 when it was chosen as the home of Texas A&M University. The college opened its doors in 1876, and ever since, education has been a driving force behind the area’s identity. The arrival of the Houston & Texas Central Railway in the 1860s helped tie the region to broader economic and cultural growth. Officially incorporated in 1938, College Station has grown from a quiet campus town into one of the most dynamic communities in Brazos County. That same pioneering spirit influences the way we work—bringing dependable, long-lasting fencing to homes and businesses across the region. College Station remains a city steeped in heritage and positioned for the future, and we’re honored to contribute to its evolving landscape.

Area Sports

Sports culture is at the heart of Brazos County, and College Station leads the charge with pride. Texas A&M University is more than a school—it’s a symbol of athletic excellence, with packed stadiums and loyal fans showing their support year-round. The city’s passion for football, baseball, and more extends beyond campus, filling local parks and recreational fields with energy and enthusiasm. Whether it's kids in little league or adults in community leagues, the dedication to sports builds strong neighborhoods and strong values. At College Station Fencing, we mirror that commitment by providing fencing that’s just as dependable as your favorite team—built to last and ready for whatever challenge comes next. We know the pride people feel in their homes and neighborhoods, and we’re here to help protect and enhance that pride, one fence at a time in College Station.

Local Attractions

Brazos County is full of destinations that reflect both its charm and culture, and we’re lucky to be based near so many. The Texas A&M campus remains a major draw, not just for students, but for visitors exploring its museums, architecture, and traditions. Northgate adds to the energy with its buzzing restaurants and nightlife, perfect for an evening out after a day of hard work. We also love how College Station preserves its past through initiatives like Project HOLD, which archives the area’s stories, photos, and oral histories. These local treasures give the community its character—and it’s that same local pride we aim to reflect in our work. Every fence we install in Brazos County adds to the fabric of a neighborhood that values safety, beauty, and authenticity.

City Parks

Outdoor spaces are essential to life in Brazos County, and College Station’s parks make it easy to enjoy the sunshine. Bee Creek Park is a standout, offering swimming, tennis, and green space for all ages. Across the county, you’ll find parks with trails, play areas, and quiet spots for relaxation—each one adding to the area's appeal. We often get the chance to work on fencing projects near these parks, helping homeowners and property managers define their space while maintaining the open, welcoming feel the community is known for. Whether it’s a wood fence for privacy or decorative metal fencing for curb appeal, we design each solution with the surroundings in mind. It’s part of what makes Brazos County special—and why we love working here.

Before you book — common questions

Is the free inspection really free?
Yes — inspections are 100% free with no obligation. A licensed inspector climbs the roof, takes detailed photos, and sends you a written report within 24 hours. You are not required to hire us afterward.
How long does the inspection take?
Typically 45–60 minutes for a standard residential roof up to 2,500 square feet. Larger roofs or steep pitches may take up to 90 minutes. We confirm the window when we schedule.
Do I need to be home during the inspection?
Preferred but not required. With gate access we can complete the exterior inspection and share photos plus findings by phone or email afterward.
What happens after the inspection?
Within 24 hours you receive a written report with photos, a condition assessment, and — if you want one — a no-pressure estimate for any work needed. If no work is needed we tell you that too.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. We are fully licensed and carry general liability plus workers' compensation insurance. We are happy to provide insurance certificates on request.
How soon can you come out?
Usually within 1–3 business days for standard requests. For storm damage or active leaks we prioritize emergency calls and can often get out same-day or next-day.
